I received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. My areas of focus during my undergraduate degree was in controls and automation.

Prior to transitioning to data science, I spent 5 years in the energy industry as an operations-support production engineer working on a number of large-scale projects.

As an engineer, I've had extensive experience programming multi-phase simulators to diagnose issues and optimize production.
